The hotel seems nice and has quite a number of facilities. It also has a lot of interesting things for kids. I did not like the fact that there was just the 1 microwave for the whole hotel. There were a limited number of irons and you had to drop a security deposit to take the iron (never seen this before). Staff were quite unhelpful. I had to fight for early check in even though I was paying. There’s a notice at the front desk with times for shuttles to Disneyland yet when I called to confirm time the staff couldn’t even b bothered to check it. The elevator buttons could do with maintenance.

My stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, which claims to be a 4-star establishment, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The service and staff conduct were appalling and do not reflect a rating higher than a 3-star hotel. This review is based on an incident that occurred on August 24th. Upon entering our room, we found that while the beds had been made, the carpet had not been cleaned. This was a significant oversight and a basic expectation for any hotel, let alone one of this supposed caliber. I called the reception at 22:24 to report the issue and request that someone come to clean the room. The receptionist was immediately unhelpful, arguing that the housekeeping staff had gone home at 11 am and there was "nothing we can do." This argumentative and dismissive attitude was unacceptable. I called back and asked for the lady’s name, only to be told that they were not allowed to give out names. I was then given the name "Aurelian" for the manager, which offered little assistance in the moment. Eventually, I was told someone would come to the room. When the staff member arrived, they brought only towels to place over the dirty carpet, stating that it was "not their job" to clean it. This response was not only unprofessional but also a complete failure to address the problem. While I understand that things can be missed, the lack of professionalism and the rude, unhelpful staff are inexcusable. The service we received was far below the standard expe

Great location for Disney but hotel can be better

We stayed three nights at the Dream Castle Hotel. The location is very convenient, and the shuttle to the Disney park runs frequently—every 10 to 15 minutes—which made getting there simple and stress-free. On our first night, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the experience left us disappointed. The staff didn’t ask the age of our son, which was unfortunate since children under 3 eat free. When I brought this up, it felt more like an inconvenience to them than a genuine concern or apology. The dinner buffet aims to cater to a range of international tastes, but unfortunately, it didn’t appear very appetizing or fresh. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming; in fact, I skipped it on two of the three mornings due to the poor quality. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel close to Disney, this is a convenient option. However, for a four-star property, we expected better service and food quality. Given the price, we’ll likely consider other options if we return in the future.

Hotel was very good. The staff were great, the facilities were in the round were excellent. I did not use the spa but the gym was very poor, equipment was broken, in a poor state of maintenance and the weights area was virtually non existent. I realise this is my preference to train whilst away and this hotel is geared up for families visiting Disney. Food at breakfast was good, a wide range of options but it was (as expected with multiple families - we were one ourselves) bedlam. Dinner was very good, my son went wild on all the meat, my wife as a vegetarian was able to eat, and my youngest who has some eating difficulties and is fussy, was able to eat too. Pasta and a simple tomato sauce, chips, bread etc. they do have the obligatory nuggets should that be the necessary. The indoor pool is good for the very young, the outside pool was pleasant apart from the middle of the day (2-3pm) evacuation for cleaning. Rooms were well cleaned, and we had a family room with bunk bed option for our boys. Transport to Disney was very busy in the morning, I would suggest going before 0900 to join the queue at the park. This prevents waiting for multiple buses and being frustrated. The evening bus at fireworks was terrifically busy so try to move just before the end of the show to try and beat the rush. All in all a good spot for a good price considering we were in summer hols, August time, and didnt book it terrifically early or anything.

Felt like a safe area and property was pretty. Bathrooms and indoor pool area could do for a renovation. But a great place to stay for a visit to Disneyland Paris! Also, transportation to the Disney Parks was so convenient.

Overall the stay was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. The included breakfast was fine, i don't understand people complaining as there is a bit of everything. We did have a few issues. First off we had our phone kept ringing in the middle of the night. 2 nights with this problem. People leave their trash everywhere. Lobby, in hallways, it's just disrespectful. There should be more shuttle as people push and shove. No queuing respected. Was trying to get something in the lobby so but it was closed in the hours they were showering operational. And lastly forget about the Wi-Fi. It's pretty much unexistant. Always got an excuse when I asked about it. For us it's a one and done.

Overall… a lovely stay!

Our second time staying at Dream Castle. The hotel is great and we very much enjoyed our stay, yet again. Our room had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet is chaotic but food is nice and adequate. The price of food at the bar and room service is expensive and on par with what you’d pay in the parks. You can get uber eats delivered though which would be a cheaper option. I would also recommend purchasing drinks for your room from a local shop prior to arriving. The hotel is ideal for the parks with the free shuttle bus. I would however like to state that what they charge to park your car in the car park is outrageous. I 100% feel that you should be offered free or at least discounted parking if you are staying in the hotel. Considering what I’ve mentioned, I would still stay at the hotel again. Their facilities are great.
