Rooms were small but overall very good for the stay. Elevators and alley a little too cramped. Mattress was uncomfotable so had to adjust. Other than this the hotel was good. Near the metro (3 min walk) it was not bad

Excellent location, hotel was clean and staff friendly. The pool was very bijou but a great amenity. The only issue we had was the poor noise insulation in corridors and between rooms - I could easily hear what was being said in the room next door. The noise of doors being shut was very loud too.

Staff were excellent, so helpful. Provided us with a luggage scale to weigh bags before we left. Stored our bags all day after checking out. The family room was such a good set up. Kids pretty much had their own room with shower, didn’t realise that when we booked.
