Clean room. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Only slight negative was food choices was limited for breakfast, lunch and dinner if eating in the hotel.

Upon arrival I was forced to get a pull out sofa bed for my small child to sleep in - they winded up refunding me because the bed looked like it was slept in and the other bed had blood on the duvet cover. Underneath the bed there was m&ms and crackers - it was disgusting. We were exhausted so we stayed the night. We left the next day although we were supposed to stay two nights. We got a reimbursement for the extra money for the sofa bed for a 7 year old and they did not reimburse me for the 2nd night cancellation. Overall the front desk experience was not great and the room was dirty. I love the Moxy brand but was not happy with this situation.

The hotel was brilliantly located - it’s so close to the Val D’Europe station. That makes getting in from Paris and to Disneyland SO so easy! The hotel decor is so fun! The rooms are so practical and make such a good use of space!

I love that you are just 5 minutes from the metro station, and one 4 minute ride to Disney. The room was great and super spacious. The bar and staff were great and really friendly! They all spoke English too, which was helpful. The atmosphere and vibe was social and modern. My only complaint to the staff is in regards to the door at night. They lock it so your card doesn’t open it, and they have to manually open it. The issue is they never look at the door or respond to the buzzer. It was snowing, and I was stuck outside twice till I finally got their attention. Honestly, 5 stars for everything else. 1 star for that.

Great stay for a Disneyland Paris trip with the train station being a 5 minute walk. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The only criticism would be the fact they don’t attempt to grit or salt the to the front of the hotel which was a bit of a hazard for guests.

We stayed in room 121, and it was modern and comfortable. The water pressure was great, and the view outside was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the check-in and check-out process was fast and straightforward. Overall, we had a great stay, and the location was perfect for visiting Disneyland Paris.

Hotel is convenient to Disneyland Paris (3 min train ride) within a 5 minute walking distance to the train and also the major outlet mall in Montrevain. Hotel was clean and super quiet despite the high occupancy. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was a great deal for 18EUR. The rooms are small, but this isn’t an area you come to to stay in your room. Beds were comfy.

I was very disappointed with the showers, the pressure was terrible! I complained as I tried to take a shower before a big day in Disneyland but I managed to get shampoo on then the shower completely stopped for 5 minutes whilst I stood there cold with shampoo in my hair. At this time I was in the 4th floor. After I managed to finish my shower I went downstairs to complain, where I was given another room, but still had the same issue despite it being in the 1st floor and an “upgrade”. Clearly the infrastructure is not sufficient for a busy hotel as the receptionist said it was because it was busy - with the greatest of respect that is not my problem as I expect to be able to take a shower when paying over £100 per night for a room. There was also no drink making facilities in the room. The rooms were basic bus decorated to a good standard. Even when the aircon was turned off though, there was still a loud fan blowing air into the room constantly.
