Hotel is very nice and very clean , the Staff are so kind and so helpful I felt iam in my second home . Very beautiful place to stay very quiet and very safe . The good: multicultural area, close to Gare du Nord and a fabulous food market. The bad: staff had real attitude and we were friends travelling together and had confirmed several times for a twin room to get a double on arrival at 5pm.
