Very nice hotel! The room we stayed in was fery spacious, clean and modern. I was very pleased. It is not too touristy around there but thatvwas quite ok. Definitely recommend it and would definitely stay tere again. Metro is about a 7 min. walk.

Great location/staff (who tried to fix room error)

Great location and clean hotel. Great shower too. Unfortunately seems there was a mix up with my room and could not provide the double I booked, but rather a single (with 1.5 bed). Not ideal but they said that other than cancelling the room there was nothing else they could do. Staff were upfront and called me on the day to let me know. When I checked in and out staff already knew the issue and I was told throughout that I would receive a 50% refund of my stay cost (exc. city tax). I had to chase over a week later to get the refund actioned. When the refund arrived it was was not 50% of the cost but approx. 43%. Overall prob €30 but not sure why the reduction/change. Other than that was a pleasant stay, I accept that errors can/do happen and while they seemed to deal with it appropriately while I was there the final processing could have been improved.

The hotel is a close enough to walk from the train station. Close enough to trek with luggage on hand. Once you get there and you realized you walk fast and your room is not ready. They will check you in, place your luggage in a locked room offer you free citron drink, coffee, tea and a refreshing good ol’ h20. The elevator is big enough for four people. The hotel is clean and big enough to accommodate a family of four. There’s no view but who needs a view if you will be exploring the city anyways. The hotel is accessible with taxis or Ubers cause some of the hotels we’ve been you have to meet them a block away. A highly recommended place. We have been walking around the area even late at night and it’s been safe.

The hotel was in a good location, very convenient, close to two metro lines and walkable to many tourist sights. The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful at check in and check out. The only negative was the smell of people smoking below if the window was left open. If you stay there check out the BO & MIE bakery nearby for breakfast, it was amazing.
