Overall, the room was a bit small, but the staff, lobby, amenities, and location were great. One thing we noticed was that the lobby had a strange smell, I’m assuming it was from old plastic ornaments, but it wasn’t pleasant.

The hotel was very nice and very well located. Staff was friendly, especially the guy in the evening who I do not remember his name. The only reason I won’t give five stars it is because when I wanted to reserve a taxi to the airport the only option was paying 75 euros, which is higher than the established rate at the airport. The attitude (girl at the front desk) was a little rude when I started asking questions about it.

Hotel is well located for Gare du Nord if arriving by Eurostar. Pleasant staff, great view of Sacre Coeur from our rooms. Rooms are small but standard for Paris with nice bathrooms. We had two rooms for a family visit - neither of them had working USB charging ports so bring an adaptor for your chargers. Breakfast was basic and not in the nicest space - small, completely silent (play some music!) with basic offerings. Go out - loads of good cafes and bars around the hotel. Would return, just eat out.

Shout out to the really lovely and friendly staff at reception (especially during the day). Very comfortable and stylish room with lovely balcony. Really high quality toiletries included. A great location for access to both sightseeing/tourism and the main train stations.

Couldn’t fault it

Great location and all amenities were as described in the information when booking. Unusually for France, the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Room was a good size, shower was reasonably powerful. Room was made up each day and bottled water provided. Couldn’t fault it.
