bad service , bad attitude especially in breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and unfortunately did not receive the five-star service that was expected. Despite being a VIP member through Hotels.com, having already paid for breakfast, and leaving a €600 cash deposit, I was repeatedly disturbed in my room—10 times in one morning. Even while I was in the shower, someone knocked on my door asking for breakfast payment, as if I were trying to avoid paying. This happened despite it not even being my checkout day. head concierge Carl Phillip is very helpful It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially given the circumstances. The only highlight of my stay was the concierge team—they were helpful and kind. Sadly, the rest of the experience did not meet the standard advertised. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had nice stay at Maison Delano. The staff are truly amazing and made our stay exceptional. The only issue is that there was some heavy duty construction going on across the street and woke us up at 6:30 AM on the final 2 days of our stay. It was pretty loud and I was unable to go back to sleep. Other than that, it’s in a great location. Close to many good spots.
