This hotel was adequate but in need of repair and updates. Generally, not worth the $$$. My bedside phone didn’t work and I had to call maintenance every night to get my bedside light to turn off as the wiring was faulty. The pool and hot tub were out of service and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. They lost more than half of my laundry. It was located but it was an inconvenience to me for sure. The service was meh. The room cleaner rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to come back later. In hindsight, not a great experience.

Room wasn’t clean at all, our king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, our key cards did not work, they never brought our bags up to the room and just let them stay in the lobby for anyone to grab. Pool and amenities are closed for many months. Overall, not a five star hotel at all. We had a poor experience.

The shower was strange partial glass wall. The floors got soaked all the time and with no ventilation, with 4 people showering everything would be soaking wet even the floors. Was a bit tight for a family of 4!

Every thing was nice at the hotel. Except Expedia books the ugliest and cheapest room. As per the hotel. They said those are Expedia’s rooms. They gave me the option to upgrade but price will be more.

The service was terrible. When I booked the hotel I requested and adjoining room and did not receive one. I am traveling with children. I specified that many time and told hotels.com that I needed an adjoining room. They were not clear that a double double did not have a joined room. I booked the family double which said it was for families. But it was not joined.

Perfect in Paris

The hotel was a 1.3-mile walk from the Eiffel Tower, and we had a view of it from our room. The staff was wonderful, and the room was clean. The hotel bar was elegant. There was a great Italian restaurant very close, where we ate two different nights. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family of four to stay in Paris.
