Functional hotel, excellent staff but nothing spec

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel uses a strong perfume at the main entrance which is overpowering. The toliet at reception was not so clean with an odour which isn't a good reflection of the hotel. The family room with bunk beds for kids is basic, nothing fancy. The hotel does not provide bottled water in the room. No iron, required €50 deposit. Entrance to the pool area is smelly and unpleasant, very humid and stale. On the positive side, free shuttle to parks, and good breakfast. The bar is great with a large open space to relax after a long day. Personally, I should have paid a little more and booked the Magic Circus Hotel next door.

The reception area on arrival was full of people’s fast food rubbish. I noticed this on several occasion. The restaurant does not open till 6:30pm and the bar or room service does not offer children’s meals. Tea/coffee facilities are no restocked. Reception desk are very polite and helpful unfortunately the bar staff are not and quite rude definitely not a service with a smile. I would rate the hotel as a 3 star.

Over all it was great, breakfast was really good. Room layout with bunk beds worked very well with us. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a squash and a squeeze. It was very hot on the hotel room and there was no Aircon working but it was manageable.

The property is starting to show a bit of wear and tear but it is still nice. Buffet breakfast was nice and certainly enjoyed by the family. We found the room a bit warm for us. Carpet in our room had a number of stains. Overall we were happy with our stay. We would be happy to book again.

Obsessed!

We are obsessed with this hotel. The staff was amazing!! The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were so nice. The ladies in the store and the folks at the front desk were all fabulous and always had a smile on their face. The pool says it’s heated but it’s definitely freezing! They have a Starbucks onsite, which we were really excited about, but the staff that helped us didn’t know how to make the drinks on their menu, the bar drinks were fantastic though. We returned late one evening (9:45pm) and were told we couldn’t order food, but others were ordering food at the bar so I think some disconnect in what is available at what times in the evening. Outside of that, the stay was phenomenal and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family for their visit to Disneyland Paris.

When we arrived they said due to a flood in the hotel they will give a room from the next hotel which need to walk about 5 min to get there and obviouslynot to offerus a way of transport,after the manager get involved apparently they had the room we've been booked.In the room the safe didn't work and the minibar also,complaining about the minibar they've replaced only the day before we've checked out. For 4 stars hotel the restaurants needs a lot of improvement in regard with the uniform staff(as some of the staff looks like they had theirs uniform unwashed for the whole month 😀),how they should deal with the customers and not to much to choose to eat

The reception staff was pleasant upon check in. The red lobby is in need of a refresh some couches were ripped. The blue lobby looked good and the lights add to the atmosphere. The hallways on the room floors are dingy and need to be refreshed. The same goes for the rooms and washrooms. The carpet in our room was stained and the counter in the washroom was chipped. Over all i would say average decor. Where they loose all points was we unfortunately forgot our tablet in the room (we tracked it as being at the hotel) its been 3 days and several emails from our part and no one has called us. We will have to call them again. Very frustrating.

The location was an experience in itself, it truly felt magical. Negative: A bit frustrated that when we checked in, we were told we could do a late check-out at no charge, and then when we went to arrange for late check out, they told us it would be $10 per additional hour.

The property was great. Clean, well maintained and had an excellent menu, all whilst being very reasonably priced. Staff were more than helpful too. The only downside was that the room was too warm at night, though we found that by opening the window for about half an hour before bed made it more manageable.
