The stafff where nice, but the room was too small, it’s different from what was portrayed on their website, and it’s the first hotel I will go that doesn’t have water in the room, if u want to drink water is either u go out of the hotel to buy water yourself or u go downstairs to the lobby to drink water from the despenser, the manager should find a solution to that.. then the toilet WC was shaking as if it gonna break whenever I sat on it I was scared the whole time sitting on such toilet.. my honest experience

Needs Greater Transparency in Marketing Upon arrival, the staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was seamless. However, I was surprised by the room’s extremely small size — approximately 12 ft × 13 ft — with the bed occupying nearly all available space and a balcony view overlooking a noisy alley. When I inquired at the front desk, the staff explained that the room I had originally booked was under construction and even showed me the gutted space. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that evening, but they offered to move me to another room the following night. Although disappointed, I made the best of the situation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but the online photos and descriptions were misleading. Overall, the staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate me under the circumstances. The surrounding area is lively, with many bars and clubs operating late into the night — ideal for some guests but not for those seeking quiet rest. In summary, while service and location were commendable, the property would benefit from far greater transparency in its marketing and room descriptions to properly set guest expectations.

the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and in spite of repeated requests to the front desk they couldn’t get it repaired . considering the high price i had paid for this booking and that i was on a business trip i was highly disappointed with the situation . if i opened the window to get fresh air , the noise from the street was too much to get any sleep and keeping the windows closed without air conditioning just made it worse .

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, loin du bruit de la ville, à une rue du metro, les restaurants et magasins, sont aussi situés à quelques pas. On peut facilement rejoindre des lieux touristiques à pied. Il y a beaucoup de bars et théâtres proches pour se profiter de la soirée. Je recommande le théâtres Le Bout devant cette hôtel.

Not good value for money. Fell beneath standards expected from Ibis brand. A few staff welcoming, not all. Communal coffee machine often taken out of service, no tea-making facilities in the room, mould in the bathroom, bathroom fan never stopped, most towels on the threadbare side.
