There was one front desk staff who was really good and friendly… the rest were ok. Hotel was a good location. Our room literally had the bathroom power outlet duct taped to the wall with wires hanging out. When we returned in the evening there was no power at all to our room. We did change rooms once I asked for a change but the staff didn’t offer it despite not having power. Overall, it’s rate it as not bad. Second room was fine so if that was our first experience the hotel would have received a higher score

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la Gare de Lyon, et Bastille. Certaines chambres sont plus bruyantes que d’autres. Mais quelque soit la chambre on entend les portes des chambres à proximité et les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir. Chambre propre, lit confortable. Chambre bien chauffée. Personnel à la réception très professionnel, souriant et serviable. Je recommande.

We arrived and our room was ready, check-in was easy, we got good recommendations from the front desk for local restaurants, everything was as it should be. maybe the bathroom could do with a bit of refreshment, the housekeeper sometimes changed the towels and left cups, etc, but sometimes not, so a quick call to the desk got what we needed. the beds were comfortable, the window opened (!) to the morning blackbird chorus and everything worked well.
