Our rooms were basic. No shampoo on my parents room. Staff at reception were pleasant but werent very good with information when checking in. Breakfast was pretty poor. Scrambled eggs were okay, sausages were terrible. Pastries were lovely but all mini. Kids breakfast area wasnt great. Staff all around were okay, the bar was very expensive and the staff did not have great english. Thebshuttle was great. Very busy. Room service was nice small portions for the price. No kids options. Bathrooms are very dated. Our bedroom had one stained pillow, other pillows had big black hairs on them. So was a bit off putting. No coffee or tea so had to go back to reception to sort that. Never saw the pool or play area. Entrance is lovely. Hall was full of rubbish from peoples rooms when we arrived.

Lovely hotel would stay again!!
A lovely hotel nicely decorated and comfortable. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Tea & coffee facilities good and has a safe. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is busy but adequate and frequently replenished. Didn’t have to wait for a table, well organised. Lobby area spacious and welcoming. Nice bar and lounging furniture. Frequent shuttle to Disney easy to access and runs regularly. Highly recommend staying here.

Don’t be deceived by the photos
The reception area is beautiful… and that’s where nice things to say about this hotel end. The rooms are old, run down and dirty. Breakfast is absolutely awful.
