Easy check in and friendly staff. Well appointed room and the whole place spelled amazing. We had a normal room and it was quite small - for a couple I would recommend upgrading as the bathroom and bed are all in one room. Spa was really lovely to have but needed to be a couple of degrees warmer for winter as we found it a bit cold.

I loved the very modern design and its cleanliness. A room was made available for me as soon as I arrived by the lovely women on reception, which I really appreciated. The pool and sauna were gorgeous. Breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was, however.

We visited for my Partners 30th Birthday and I requested some special extras to the room and they didn’t disappoint. Service was amazing and the bedroom and view was great could not of asked for a better stay! The pool was amazing so relaxing and not a lot of people so had great space

I was highly impressed with the Bloom House. It truly is an oasis. The staff is wonderfully friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was a delicious delight with so many choices and everything fresh and beautifully displayed. I must give high praise to Chef Gerby for a dinner that was exotic, intriguing and surprising in flavors. I especially appreciated his greeting at our table. Old school professionalism. My only thorn was the classic room size. It was a bit tight even for one and it would benefit with having space for a chair or small settee. Otherwise, this hotel is a welcome haven after a long day of exploring.
