Close to Disneyland.

2 adults, 2 teens. Hotel was ok - pool was like a bathtub it was so busy and very small for the size of the hotel. My daughter described the breakfast as an ant farm as it was so ridiculously busy! We weren’t able to eat as the shelves were bare and constant queues of people. Limited food available and staff not that helpful with our autistic children. Restaurant ‘receptionist’ was incredibly rude. Room was nice, we booked a suite and thought we had robes for the pool but there was none in the rooms. We asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed but didn’t get any. With our personal needs and tastes we would not stay again.

Good hotel for family stay going to DisneyLand

Overall the hotel offers a good experience, including an indoor pool with jacuzzi and outdoor pool good fun when with kids. Breakfast buffet and evening buffet is ample. However the evening buffet at €45 for over 11s pricey. Certain aspects of the hotel need better up keep- some such as tiles grouting in the bathroom and area behind shampoo was black. Changing room floor for indoor pool was dirty and cracked. Toilet seat and bowl in our room had marks. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris is only 10 mins away.

This hotel was nice and clean. It had a cool pool area and the common areas were decorated nicely. Be aware that there isn’t really anything else around here. When we got there at 3:00 the restaurant was closed and they have a snack bar that had way overpriced food that did not look very good. We had to uber eats because there is nothing around there. For dinner we had to take the shuttle into Disney Village and had dinner down there. It is also crazy expensive and packed with people. You don’t really have other options. The hotel says it has a shuttle but it is shared with a bunch of other hotels. It doesn’t come often enough, especially at night when you are trying to leave the park. There were SO many people getting on each bus it seemed like it might break open. People were getting in fights at the bus stop waiting. All in all the hotel was fun and clean. Just be prepared to spend $$$$ on not great food and be crammed into busses.

Very convenient for Disney Paris with a free shuttle service. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast great quality and well organized. Pool area lovely for chilling; rooms a great size We saw some negative reviews which worried us but we would absolutely stay here again. It was calm and peaceful after busy days at the Disney parks.

Was disappointed in our stay at the Dream Castle Hotel, as it was the top choice of our trip. The only highlight we had was the outdoor pool. Breakfast in the morning was chaotic and not much of a selection for kids to eat. Our room got missed cleaning a few times and when they did come it was after 6pm and we were in it. Coffee machine didn’t work at the bar in the main lobby and next to no options for food either by the pool. Was quite disappointed, as we picked this place around the kids and relaxing.

Beautiful rooms and hotel grounds but service is lacking. Coffee machine broken during whole stay, breakfast chaotic, pool bar has erratic opening times. WiFi not great. Pools were great, room spacious, Disney transfer very regular.

Avoid at all costs, better hotels close by.

Started off well, close to the Park etc. Got back at 11pm from Disneyland charged €6 per bottle of water, absolutely scandalous prices, understand we’re on the outskirts of Disneyland but the prices in the hotel were ridiculous. Room was pretty poor for the price, not even a bath mat in the bathroom with was hazardous with family member falling over. Breakfast was terrible probably the best word for it, really big on not allowing bags in the restaurant they say it’s for health and safety but we all know it’s to stop you taking a croissant out with you. For what we thought was going to be a magical stay at Dream Castle was more of a nightmare.
