PERFECTION! Couldn’t find one thing that wasn’t great for us. Beautiful home in a beautiful location surrounded by quiet and the beauty of Lake Superior. Wait - I can complain about the mosquitos if you go off-road in the woods. Very nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen needs. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place as very clean and exactly as advertised. It has wonderful lake views and is very close to town. Cool getaway!

Wonderful place to stay! We escaped the Texas 100+ temps in July to beautiful 70s in the day and 50s at night. So much to do in the area! We did a lot of hiking and visited local museums. We weren’t at the house much, but when we were, it felt like home!

This place was wonderful! The views of Whitefish Bay are spectacular, and the house is very comfortable, perfectly clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is huge and very fully equipped. The master bath is all new and beautiful, with a large shower. We slept very well in the king bed - it has a new mattress, very good quality. We especially loved the handmade quilts - they were absolutely gorgeous! The owners obviously care about their guests’ comfort, and it shows through many little touches throughout the property. The online pictures are accurate, but they hardly do the place justice. (Small but important detail: no smell of mold of mildew. Everything is new and very clean and fresh.)We were very, very comfortable here and plan to return!

Quiet and Spacious

We were delighted to spend three days here. A very spacious cottage with an ample kitchen, which was perfect for preparing our own meals. Also, having a mudroom/washer and drier was extremely helpful at this leg in our vacation.
