Not happy!!

Not a pleasant stay . The bedding was dirty. Stains on sheets and bedspread. The carpet was wet . This was in my room . My son and his family had a room and on their sheets there was black stains and yellow stains on bedspread . A/C DID NOT work😡 My son and myself address this problem with the front desk but nothing was done about it .

Upon entering the room the first thing I noticed was the carpet was dirty and had multiple holes in it, a large space where the as advertised picture showed a comfortable chair, no chair. The bed appeared to be clean and the pillows were ok. I noticed dead bugs behind one of the night stands when plugging in my phone charger, I didn't look behind the other one! The bathroom had hair on the floor and I saw small bugs on the floor, needless to say I slept with the lights on. Breakfast was marginal at best the only redeeming quality was the coffee. The shower was ok the water was hot. The washing machine in the ice room was out of order, the out of order sign appeared to have been there for quite a while. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it anyone. If it had not been so late at night I would have gone somewhere else.
