Southwind I-9 is a lovely 1BR+Bunks/1BA condo located across the street from the quiet, west end of Panama City Beach. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as access to a second balcony! With a twin bunk bed in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Southwind I-9 offers tiled floors throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. While there is no elevator at this property, this lovely condo is located on the 2nd floor and you won’t have to wait for an elevator. My husband fell on the stairs our first night there. The owner is refusing responsibility and won't pay us back for our pre paid week of over $2,000. We left the very next day after going to the ER. We have gotten in touch with the owner several times and with Expedia. We have hotel booking protection but I guess that doesn't matter.
