rooms and property were immaculate. hot water takes a minute so be patient. not sure what that is about but maybe some modern energy saving stuff. decor is a modern motif. staff was very friendly. would definitely stay here again. we were there a week, so it wasn't an accident.

I am upset because we were put in room 619, NO HOT WATER. Told staff about it and he put us in 519 again NO HOT WATER. Breakfast wasnt that good. You woild think it would be better since its Hilton owned. I think we need a full refund.

The property is very well located and the staff was courteous and helpful. The lack of shower towels was a disappointment for us because there was none and the towels we got was the ones we put on front of the shower exit. It was difficult to dry out with that type of towels. Saturday evening we got the shower towels.

I never even got to stay here because Expedia booked me a room that was never available and now I am out $350 and cannot get any live agent to represent and reimburse me with this problem. I do not have any idea how any company can actually run a business the way Expedia does, and I am extremely tired and fed up with their process.

My son and I woke up with bites all over our legs. The bathroom sink was clogged and even after telling the front desk it was not fixed. Terrible experience overall. At breakfast the pancake machine would not work and the staff was not bothered trying to fix it

love this hotel! we will stay here any time we come to panama city. breakfast was really good! hotel staff was so helpful and friendly (even had a lady at the front offer to get my ice for me. ive NEVER had a hotel employee offer that!) the gym had all kinds of equipment! shower water pressure was spot on and it got super hot (2 things hotels typically dont have). bed was ok...thats prob the only negative is that bed wasnt more comfy....but it was still fine. and the price was amazing!!!! we will definitely be back!
