On the fourth floor, a seating area perfect for movie night sits just outside the second bunk room. Two built-in bunks and a full bed sleep up to 6 children. Three additional king bedrooms complete this level, all with en suite baths. A sturdy spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace and additional half bath. Under the covered portion of the terrace is a wet bar and outdoor sectional. On either end of the terrace are seating areas perfect for enjoying the Gulf views and sunrise or sunset over the rooftops of the neighboring homes.

The private elevator services all levels and leads down to the ground floor. The entrance to the residence is beside the designated covered parking space.

This property requires a 7-night stay year-round. During Spring Break and Summer, the property requires stays from Saturday to Saturday.
