The unit was just as described and the view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the agitator in the washer ruined our Peflagic UPF shirts with lots of black grease stains we couldn’t get out. We did notify the property manager who offered us some monetary relief off of our next stay. It unfortunately doesn’t assist with replacing our clothing at this point but as long as the washer issue is addressed, we will absolutely keep this unit on our list for future stays.

Location was good. Property could have been cleaner. Fronts of cabinets, fans and doors need to be cleaned. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food on them.

We stayed for a week and the unit was great! Had an ac issue that was addressed right away. Great location! Other than not having an umbrella with our paid chair set up for the last three days (wind conditions), very hot, it was wonderful

Perfect trip

We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect!

Where to start? The condition of the property was amazing! Everything was kept so clean from the parking garage, the elevators, the hallways, trash chutes, pool area and deck area! The location was perfect for our needs (kids are 10,11,14) Pier park is within walking distance as well as several other attractions! We were extremely happy with our stay here, and will definitely be back!
