Located on the 3rd floor of Laketown Wharf, you`ll enjoy the convenience of avoiding crowded elevators with using the 3rd floor walkway in the North garage, and can even watch the nightly light show from your private, furnished balcony!

- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.

Pleased with our stay. The condo itself was clean and nice. Beds were comfy, water was hot. The balcony overlooking the pond was nice. The light show wasn't anything amazing in our opinion but it was nice to have there each evening. The only thing I will say is that there is no easy way to get to this condo from any parking garage. The south garage is closer to the room but there is no easy way to get to the room from it. Parking in the North garage is a solid 4-5 min walk to the room. The elevators were constantly full so we had to take stairs often. It's 9 minute fast paced walk from the room to the beach. We stayed 4th of July week and wouldn't recommend. The resort was PACKED and very loud/busy and lots of parties going on. Probably much more peaceful other times of the year.
