Room was nice and spacious, with kitchen. Great value for price. But the bedroom with a door to the hallway had almost no sound insulation so you hear everything that goes on with other guests coming, going talking etc. the lobby could also use some work for better ambiance. But overall clean and comfortable, I would stay again.

I got the best deal for my huge two-bedroom pool front room. I even had a washer and dryer! The staff was so accommodating. My group even had an emergency during our visit and the wonderful security staff was there to help. I would highly recommend this particular WorldMark location. This place may be the best kept secret in Palm Springs.

The room was way bigger than i expected, which was GREAT. Being able to park right outside my room was so convenient with the unpacking. I was greeted by two awesome employees, i had a tour and made my way to my room. The room was clean, a lot of natural light was available. Having a full kitchen was awesome. I really appreciated the seasonings, coffee and teas provided. Washer and dryer was just right as far as size and location in the second restroom. Water pressure was on point for shower. Nice high ceilings, back patio. At night it was quiet. There's a Dennys next door and a ton of restaurants down the street. I would definitely like to return in the future.

The staff was very courteous & always helpful, room was clean, the resort amenities were excellent & well maintained, location was good as well.

Staff very attentive and cordial. Pool was great. Close to many stores and fun activities. Was under renovation including elevator so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but not too bad. Will definitely return on any future visits to Palm Springs.
