Arrived at the house to find that the entry code didn't work. The management company was very responsive and quickly got us in using a different code. The house is right next to the airport and off a main road, so the noise level is very high. Bring your ears plugs so you can sleep at night. The backyard amenities are fantastic, however the barstool seats are peeling, there was a strong poop smell and animal poop tracked across the astroturf, and the hottub heater wasn't working when we arrived. The management company got the pool company out the next day to fix the heater. The master bedroom is very nice and large, however the remaining bedrooms are small and minimal. The photos show nice bed frames, but only metal bed frames are in the house. We had to fix one of the twins beds while we were there because the slats were taped to the frame and had fallen off, leaving the mattress half on the floor. Overall, the management company is great, the backyard amenities are fantastic (minus the smell of poop), but the house is poorly maintained and clearly meant as a rental with minimal maintenance and amenities.
