Lovely place to stay, very close to everything. The room and the pool was clean. There wasnā€™t sufficient lighting in the rooms, so they were quite dark at night. Check in staff were a bit abrupt, but the other staff (cleaners and handy man) were lovely.

It was a great stay, a lot of amenities with pool and hot tub and a game room. Only complaint is although the gym has a peloton row and a bike neither work. The row you canā€™t get up and running and the bikes resistance is messed up. Also queen rooms donā€™t have queen beds they are definitely doubles. Hot tub also doesnā€™t work, only stays on for 5ā€™ and room lighting is dim. Despite this I would stay there again for the l Price and location is amazing.

A huge improvement from the previous Quality Inn that occupied this space. The multi-million dollar renovation is noticeable, making it an excellent choice for a resort-like feel that is steps away from downtown Palm Springs. I only wish the new beds were firmer, but that's a personal preference.

I loved our view of the pool and mountain view. The staff honored our request in choosing our rooms. This property is 7 months old, and everything inside our room looked new, and the bed is very comfortable.

This renovated motel is extremely well run. Rooms are nicely updated and the entire property is spotlessly clean. The pool and deck are nice. Service was prompt and professional. We loved it.
