Unit 202 is a beautifully remodeled one bedroom one bath situated on the top floor with one of the only units with in-unit laundry (washer & dryer)! The bedroom offers ample space & room for storage. The bathroom has been tastefully remodeled with a larger walk-in shower. Natural lighting throughout with recessed lighting makes the condo feel warm & welcoming. Step into your kitchen and you will notice the raised ceiling creates an open environment that seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living area. Relax on the comfortable sofa which can also convert into another sleeping area for guests & visitors. What I love most about this unit is waking up with a beautiful cup of coffee or tea on the patio overlooking the pool with views of Indian Canyons & Bob Hope's House off in the distance. From the patio you have direct access to the community area with manicured grass and the newly remodeled pool and spa with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Community amenities also include tennis and pickleball courts! Located within the perfect proximity next to grocery stores, banks, bars, coffee shops, & restaurants. Truly one of the best locations in Palm Springs where a car isn't needed. If you do have a car, there is covered parking just outside the unit. Unit 202 is truly special, warm, & relaxing all within minutes to downtown & all that Palm Springs has to offer.

Everything you need with a mountain view

This property was as advertised with a well stocked kitchen with every appliance and gadget one may need. Smoke Tree grounds are well maintained with a wonderful pool. This unit in particular has stunning mountain views with the balcony receiving afternoon sun. The owner was easy to communicate with as well.
