The host was very friendly and communicative. The pool is tired and needs updating and directions on working it would be extremely helpful. I own a pool and struggled to get the heater working for the hot tub/pool.The property is well cared for other wise, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. You can't beat the location.

Cute Property in Superb Location

This is a cool, small house w/very little indoor living space. The living & dining room furniture isn't all that comfortable with some of it being pretty "tired" (to say the least - especially the dining room chairs!), but comfortable beds & wonderful outdoor space! Since you're mostly living outside in PS anyway, this house really works for a couple or 2 single friends & is in a SUPERB location/neighborhood! Pool needs a lot of work, but hot tub works and it's a wonderfully private yard, with good outdoor furniture & outdoor kitchen. Easy walking to EVERYTHING! We didn't really "hang out" inside the house very much, preferring to be outdoors almost always, so we very much enjoyed our stay and would happily rent again! Property management company VERY attentive, thorough and friendly. Impressed with how they handled the entire experience!

This is a very comfortable house in a great location. Minutes walk to bars, restaurants, sights and shopping. Yet, quiet and private. Pool and patio too. Will definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Couples Retreat

Overall the stay was fantastic. Great house and yard/pool. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to all the great restaurants. Great quality appliances and cooking utensils, only thing missing was a strainer. Only other thing is that we had to figure out the pool equipment/controls as the main control did not work - luckily we are handy. Overall great place to stay, I would stay again.

Did not deliver on what was promised

We booked this property for two reasons: 1) location to downtown and 2) the pool oasis in the backyard. Location was great. Pool was not. The hot tub and pool were broken upon arrival and no one was able to address the issue for 4 days. The main reason we chose this property only to find a pool and hot tub that didn't work and hadn't been cleaned in weeks. This property is managed by a third-party, national vacation rental company. When you call the "property owner", you reach a central call center located somewhere else in the country. Every time I called, they kept asking me in which state I was staying. The inside of the house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. If the pool and hot tub would have been as advertised, it's worthy of five stars. Since not, it gets three stars.

Perfect holiday home, very friendly and helpful host

The house was perfect for us. Very tasteful design, neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants. The people of the renting company are very nice and friendly and could be reached even during the weekend.
