HISTORIC MID-CENTURY HOME with PRIVATE POOL & SPA WITH BEAUTIFUL INTERIORS

This mid-century modern home was designed by famed architect Hal Levitt in 1964. Levitt is known for his celebrity owned homes -Jennifer Aniston, Olivia Newton John, Quincy Jones and Steven Spielberg just to name a few. This truly one-of-a-kind house is referred to by Palm Springs experts as "One of the TOP 3" homes in Palm Springs," and has been featured on the cover of "Palm Springs Life Magazine," was the location for a high fashion magazine shoots for "Lucky Magazine" as well as several "Design Within Reach" catalogs.

The quintessential Palm Springs open floor plan boasts over 3,600 square feet of living space with polished terrazzo floors inside and outside.
