Gather around the fire pit with loved ones, sip on warm drinks, and share stories as the desert’s beauty transforms with each vibrant sunset. Reconnect and rejuvenate in this desert sanctuary, where every breath of spring brings a sense of renewal.

*Pet fee: $300/stay. Max 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Inquire about pet fee for stay 28+ days or longer.
*Max 6 adults and 2 children.
*the City of Palm Springs does not allow any music to be heard outside of the house at any time. In addition, guests will observe quiet hours between 10pm and 10am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. The City of Palm Springs takes this very seriously and this violation will count as a strike towards our Registration Certificate causing us to potentially lose our rental permit. We thank you for being respectful and abiding by this city ordinance.
*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement. ID will be requested for verification after booking. A $500 refundable security deposit will be held from check-in to check-out. Guests with 28+ day stay are responsible for all utilities and a $1500 security deposit will be held. Any remaining balances will be refunded back to you.
*Cancellation policy: Guest receives 97.00% + $100.00 cancellation fee if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
