I have already reviewed this hotel…..I’ll not be back. I needed til leave a day early and was told it wasn’t possible….no refunds. Also no tv……no plates and silverware for all the food you sell in the lobby. Your front desk seemed very uncomfortable about answering any questions, I’ve used hotels.com many times…….this is the worst!

The bathtub in my first room wouldn’t close and the ac wouldn’t turn off. Receptionist reluctantly switched my room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and rust around the faucet along with dirty grout and cracked tile.

Courtyard was very nice. Room was in extremely rough condition. Was charged $399 for an extra three hour late checkout after one of us got sick two days prior. Horrible management polices. This was after we were told they would charge $25 an hour after 1:00. We checked out at 3:45. Shame on them, Hilton, and the franchisees

We have stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years but I would say this one was the worst. Outside it’s very nice. Our room, on the other hand, was not very nice and needed repairs. Asked at 7 in the morning to get several things fixed never got done!. Finally got another room, had to move all our stuff. Would not stay there again.

Nice Stay

We had a great time. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good and everyone was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however furniture could be updated. Shower needed some repair.

A couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. TV channels are too limited and not very useful; 2. The sofa in the kitchen was old and not comfortable.

Quite disappointing for $250

Worst Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Outside of the hotel and common areas were nice. However, the room was on tthe dingy side. There was mold on the shower bar which we didn’t notice right away. The couch had stains on it which made us not want to put our bags on it, let alone sit on it. Room was old feeling and had bad lighting. The air conditioner did not have a heating function so the only way to warm the room was to have the ac off entirely. The fresh to order breakfast closes at 9:00 am which seems early for breakfast to done. The coffee was possibly the worst I have had and the muffins were terrible. Will not stay here again. Other Embassy Suites have been much nicer. Glad we were only staying one night.

Pricey, but OK

We stayed here in the 1980s when it was new. Now 35 years later about the same with some wear. Pretty good location. There is a Starbucks next door. Price is kind of high for what you get.
