Warm and inviting . . . this second-floor unit in the Plaza Villas is the ideal location for any visitor. With an open living space and bright natural light this unit sits at 1147 sq. ft. Its sandy tones bring a bit of the desert indoors with neutrals creating a comforting atmosphere.

The primary bedroom offers you an en-suite bathroom while still providing guests and visitors with their own bathroom space. Two patios allow you to enjoy both indoor and the outdoors. The highlight of the Plaza Villas complex is the proximity to the Palm Springs Downtown shopping and dining area. With it being a couple short blocks away, this makes for the perfect choice for those whose preferred mode of transportation are their own two feet.

You have access to pools and tennis courts in the complex as well. These units are found and booked quickly so don't hesitate to book and vacation in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs.

Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Choice Property

The property is beautiful, well manicured and in a great location! The unit is comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately we had a leak under the kitchen sink, the property managers were very responsive, but my husband was able to fix it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
