Tranquil, fully renovated spacious three-bedroom with a modern, gourmet kitchen and a beautifully renovated private patio that features mountain views and a built-in barbeque grill. Soak in the sun and enjoy being steps away from a refreshing swim at the best of the 46 pools in the Palm Valley Country Club. Relax at any number of top-notch courses nearby but enjoy being on the 10th hole of the challenge golf course during your stay.

This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo features vaulted ceilings, Smart TVs in each bedroom to catch the latest golf tournament, and everything you could need for your home away from home. The primary bedroom features a high-quality King-size bed, a large walk-in closet, reading nook, and a private patio door access where you can sip your morning coffee. The primary bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanities, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet room. The walk-in closet is so large that we put a cozy desk and chair to be able to work quietly away from the other guests.

The two additional guest rooms both feature ensuite bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, comfy Queen-size beds for a restful night’s sleep, and plenty of room for all your belongings. The condo is fully equipped with fresh, soft bedding, towels, and WiFi access.

In the hallway you will find a powder room for your guests to use.

Enjoy your favorite meal in the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with dishes and plenty of small cooking tools you could need to host a fantastic meal in the dining room. Or gather around the gorgeous porcelain counter tops with barstool seating and watch the golfers tee off from the large kitchen windows. Barbecue or eat al fresco on the large patio equipped with an outdoor dining table and seating area for you to take in the mountain views and sunsets.

Excellent Location - Centrally Located to Everything:
If you’re up for a short drive, you are near several excellent dining options like our Favorite’s (Armondo’s Bar and Grill or Kitchen 86), phenomenal shopping on El Paseo Drive “The Rodeo Drive of the Desert”, The McCallum Theater, Joshua Tree along with other breathtaking mountain hiking trails & The Living Desert Zoo, and nearby museums and casinos.

Other things to note:
This condo is our home, and we know you will love it as much as we do. We ask that anyone that considers renting our property to please know we have neighbors that we love and adore that live here full time. We will not tolerate parties or events thrown at our house. All guests are expected to uphold our rules and the city’s Good Neighbor laws and ordinances.

We ask that guests whose stay includes Sunday evening agree to place bins at the curb Sunday evening & bring the bins in on Monday a.m. to avoid a fee.

You will be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs caused by you or your guest during your stay. Guests must respect HOA guidelines & are responsible for any fees acquired during their stay.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this beautiful property. The property is as described in the listing. It has a well stocked kitchen and owner provided pool mats for use. Nice patio with furniture that we used to enjoy watching the golfers on the golf course. Very relaxing stay. Property manager and hvac service person were very responsive to my call about an air conditioning issue. Had a bit of a challenge to get the tv working in one of the bedrooms but we figured it out. Overall we would recommend this property.

Home Away From Home

The condo was beauftifully decorated, spacious, and immaculate. The hosts provided everything you would need while away from home with some added touches. The view from the patio was incredible with gorgeus sunsets! We enjoyed our stay there and felt sad to leave.

Perfect family retreat

This property is as advertised. Very well stocked. Beautifully appointed. If you need it, chances are this VRBO will have it for your use. The Palm Valley Country Club is lovely. My husband used the gym facilities and my daughter ran in the neighborhood. You can’t beat the views from the Lanai. We have stayed in many places in our lives. I’d book this again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend. You won’t disappointed. Location is 25 min from center of Palm Springs. Ralph’s conveniently located. Costco gas close by ( good prices). We had easy access to the PS Tram, Sunnylands, PS Art Museum, Joshua Tree NSP ( South Gate entrance within 35 min for us).

Best Palm Valley Country Club Property

We have stayed at several PVCC properties over the years and this one is by far the best one. The photos of the unit are accurate. The home has high-end appliances and excellent decor. The view of the golf course is outstanding! Being able to park in the garage is a real advantage too. We will definitely be back!

Family getaway

We (my husband and two daughters 7&4) rented this property for the first time. We have stayed in three other places in PVCC and this is by far the best location with the best view. Not only this, but it was extremely well stocked. There was no need to buy olive oil, spices etc for cooking - everything was there and ready to use. The place was also clean and had extremely comfortable beds with nice linens. We’d definitely rent this place again.

This was the best property we have ever stayed at in Palm Valley! They did not miss a beat on anything! The home is absolutely gorgeous!!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. Amazing Home

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and perfect for our family - everything was there that we needed. The location was amazing - a pool a few houses away and close vicinity to the club where we were able to take tennis lessons and work out. Melanie was very helpful and available for any of our questions. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Palm Desert

Oasis in the desert

We come to town for the tennis tournament every year, this rental exceeded everyone’s expectations. Great location, super clean, and well provisioned . We were a group of 6, and everyone had plenty of space. Highly recommend!!

The loveliest home in Palm Valley by far!

Our stay was wonderful! Melannie and Adam are such gracious hosts and reflect the beauty of their spacious and meticulously decorated home. Everything you could ever want and more. Tasteful furniture, comfortable beds, fluffy towels ( and plenty of them) , a gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a wine fridge and a coffee nook which included a Nespresso Cappucino. Machine. ( my favorite). The patio view is glorious with sunsets , snow capped mountains and they recently added a Firepit. Simply Sensational! Thank you both

Superb 3 bedroom unit at Palm Valley Country Club

This condo, which has 3 en-suite bedrooms, was ideal for 3 couples, affording each couple plenty of privacy. Each couple remarked on how comfortable their bed was. The entire unit is spacious, with high ceilings in the common areas and an excellent patio area, with barbecue, overlooking one of the golf greens. The kitchen is superb, with high-quality appliances including 2 dishwashers and a beverage cooler in addition to a large refrigerator-freezer. Two of the numerous PVCC pool/hot tub areas are a short walk away. We usually had these to ourselves.
