Loved the villa and the special activities on the dining excursions were excellent! The kitchen offered all one could need. The bed was very comfy and the sheets soft and pillows varied in softness. some thing for everyone.

Overall: The room was spacious with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff was very kind except one in the cafeteria that was a little bit rude .I reserved for 3 days , and the first day no one appears to do my room, no room services , out of that the experiences was fantastic !!!!!

We stayed in a waterview, 2 bedroom suite and were incredibly impressed. The room was super spacious, the balcony was huge and the view was just as amazing (despite it not being waterfront). We loved the property and the easy access to the beach. The breakfast cafe had good options for quick bites, snacks and such. We also lovedddd the convenience of the bar/restaurant with walk up access to the pool. We’ll definitely be staying here again!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was significantly impacted by an incident involving another guest that affected my family. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of proper care and follow-up from hotel management afterward. A situation that clearly called for attention and support was met with minimal concern, leaving us feeling unsafe and unsupported. While the property itself may offer certain amenities, guest safety and responsive customer service are equally important—and in this case, they fell short. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements in how such situations are handled in the future.
