Never book at the Quality Inn Saugeen Shores

We had an accident on the way to our stay at approximately 1:30pm and tried to contact the hotel because our check-in was at 3pm. Called multiple times and no one would answer and left multiple messages to cancel. What a garbage Organization and brutal management.
