Warn down buy cozy.

Had to walk forever to get to elevator to room and back to go anywhere. The place was run down looking. I loved the fact that the pool was heated and the hot tubs jets were insanely working hard core...enjoyed that very much..not to bad of choices for breakfast to it was free.

Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. My only issue is with the beds. Very uncomfortable. However, I understand they are in the process of updating everything and that there was a delay in the shipment. The owners are definitely trying to accommodate guests as best they can.

Our stay was quiet and restful. The queen bed was very comfortable. The shower was welcoming and everything was pretty clean. Very nice stay, we'll stay again.

A mixed bag. The property was quiet but feels tired. There were cameras in the hallways, satellite dishes held down with cinder blocks and wooden sticks keeping the first floor windows from being opened from the outside. The staff seemed friendly and the area ok. That said, we had no issues.

It was clean but a bit run down, which made it seem overpriced. The people at the front desk were friendly. The breakfast was very mediocre. I spent $230 for a room with two queens. If it had been $100 cheaper, it would have felt worth it. Overall, not bad, but not great.

I very much enjoyed the room I had with a very nice and comfortable queen-size bed. The room had a very nice mini-fridge that held quite a bit of food. The air conditioning worked great, which was important, because the two days I was there it was very hot outside. And of course it had a microwave that worked very well. There was also a phone in the room, and local calls were free. The breakfast that came with the price of the room was just amazing. They had premixed batter to make Belgian Waffle with two waffle irons that were always kept hot. And I can't even list everything else that was offered for breakfast because the list would be too long. And every one of the staff that I contacted for one reason or another, they were quite friendly and helpful. Overall, for what I paid nightly for the room, I thought it was a real bargain for what I received in return. So I highly recommend the SureStay by Best Western in Walla Walla, Washington

High price -low quality

Staff was nice enough. They work with what they have. Place was really old and dated. Hotel has had a bad facelift. New carpet, paint and linen. Still smells of smoke from decades past. Beds are not comfortable, AC units are old and make ticking noises all night. Definitely needs more help in the rooms to be comfortable. Pool was freezing, hot tub was kinda hot. Breakfast was nothing special. Microwaveable Jimmy dean sandwiches were the highlight. Very overpriced for what you get. Should be $100 a night. I would not stay here again. You do Not get what you pay for.
