Only downside was the heat was set too low when we arrived, it took about 6 hours to bring the room temp up to 70! Otherwise a fine place to spend the night.

Been staying at this location a few times since 2018. Maintenance seems to be slipping. Sink faucet splattered like the aerator needs cleaning. My last visit the shower head was leaking. Staff was fantastic.

Cleaning staff needs to pay closer attention when cleaning the rooms. Found an open box of condums in the kitchen cupboard and a half a bottle of Pepsi in the fridge

The purpose for the stay was to work and I could not get logged into their internet while there. The staff on duty tried to help and referred me to an outside party that stated the problem was they had not paid their bill. The TV kept freezing up and resetting itself during my 2 hour stay and the manager that was call very rude in attempting to help me with my internet problem. I left the hotel and asked for a refund and at first they stated that I had to go through the 3rd party to get a refund and then was told that I would not be receiving a refund from them nor the 3rd party. They stated that the internet problem was on my end, but before I left I heard another guest complaining about not being able to get on the internet. I went to a hotel down the street and was able to get on the internet there. I would like to request a refund if at all possible. Thanks for your consideration!

The room was very tired and in disrepair. The kitchenette sink was clogged, the shower sliding doors were not aligned, and the bottom of the shower around the doors was moldy.. The heater on the wall was not working and just kept running, so it needed to be manually shut off.. The staff was friendly enough but Best Western corporate needs to do more inspections to maintain quality. When we checked out I just handed the clerk a hand written list of problems but I'm sure it was filed into the circular file.. I will not stay at a Best Western again.

On the Saturday morning that I stayed, the breakfast was very sparse and not refilled. As far as cleanliness, in the bathroom, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, and there was black mold on the ceiling near the bathtub

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! I’m a frugal traveler and not very picky but you’ll thank me later for telling you to skip this place! Room was dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in! Shower floor is brown, mold in the shower tracks, we had dirty towels, the room was covered in cobwebs and I think they used the same rag to clean every surface - you can see the attempted swipes. Hallways are filled with plug in scenty’s - so over perfumed it gives you a headache. Brutal stay. Desk staff was friendly but I also think a little high.

Dirty towels were folded up and put on the shelf as new. Almost every one had makeup or dirt on them. It seemed as though they were run through the dryer as they were fluffy, but absolutely filthy. The manager offered a ridiculous excuse that the girl who cleans the rooms doesn't like doing bathrooms and they were waiting for their highschool girl to come back and help.

The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The building could use some updating and minor maintenance, but is clean. The bed itself was comfortable and clean, but the room overall had dusty tables, as well as poorly vacuumed corners and edges. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. Breakfast had a typical motel selection. Overall this is an acceptable place to stay, but could be better.

Friendly front desk staff and they make efforts to accommodate requests positively and promptly. They need to pay closer attention to the housekeeping. Stain and strand of hair on the small towel. Didn’t look changed. Mirror and sink faucet in the bathroom actually had dried splatters, obviously was not wiped from the previous occupant. Kitchen sink was dirty.
