This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. The front desk call and ask me to change your bed sheet at 4;00 pm". This was extremely unprofessional. For context, we had called the front desk earlier to request a sheet change because we were going to be out later. We clearly acknowledged that it was a late request, apologized, and understood if it could not be accommodated. There was no reason for a staff member to call this out publicly or address me in that manner. Guest requests should be handled with discretion and professionalism, not brought up in a way that feels dismissive or embarrassing.

Room was clean but was right in front of the elevator. Super noisy with people coming in and out and talking at 2-3am in the morning. Then the room next door to us blasted their music at 7am. After trying to ignore it and go back to sleep, I had to call the front desk to complain. Unfortunately, the music kept going and I called back again. Finally at 9:06am the music stopped and they left. The only other problem I had with the room was the bathroom. The shower had low pressure and the toilet handle has to be held down until the flush is completed. I didn’t try their breakfast because I didn’t have a good night’s rest. Would have liked to complained to the manager for compensation but was truly exhausted and had to leave. Would not recommend this place for a good night rest. Location was good for division Binghamton University but there are plenty of other hotels.
