Understaffed…

Mostly understaffed. Only one person at check in and four parties needing checked in. She was efficient as could be…but can’t do everything. Later that night after the original lady was no longer around. No bedding for fold out couch and so when we called, whoever answered said in a very dull monotone answer, “ go to the desk”. So my husband got redressed and we only need to be told there that someone would bring it to the room. They brought everything except a pillow. I gave her one off our bed. Small things but…

Good experience

I stayed here because I wanted a hotel with free breakfast. Most of the food was good and there were a variety of options. The ataff were pleasant. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would return here.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room.The only annoyance for me was that couldn’t get the shower water temperature to a comfortable level, ended up taking almost a cold shower. I regret I had to leave in a hurry and didn’t have the chance to let the concierge know. Otherwise it was a good experience

Almost perfect

The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean. Our room was almost great with the exception of the bathroom and the mattress on the pull out sofa. Our room was a handicapped room so the shower was even with the floor. There was a thin, clean plastic stripe on the floor to prevent water from flowing over the entire floor which was in need of replacing, it was black underneath it at the corners and beyond. The shower curtain was a good six inches off the floor so there was a lot of water splashing onto the floor. The water temperature for our three day weekend was LUKEWARM. The staff told us it was because everyone decided to take a shower at once. The pullout sofa mattress is old and every spring was felt so unless your are the same weight as a three year, don’t expect to get a comfortable nights sleep.

I recently visited family and stayed at this place. It was an awesome stay! If you have a bunch of kids, this is the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was spotless, and my kids had plenty of space to play.
