Great bargain for the area. Its older hotel, but it was very clean and the staff was nice. My friend was able to bring her pet. The mall next door is going through hard times, but still has a Target, Michaels and BJs.

The man who checked us in was super. We loved our room, being on the first floor near the outside door, and the large grassy area for my pets. This property was probably majestic when it was first opened, and we could see a little aging, but we absolutely LOVED it! Breakfast and dining room was amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about the hotel. Thank You!!!

Staff were fine but property is very old and tired and did not convey quite so badly in the photos. Smells like an old hotel and shows lots of wear. Thankfully the bed linens seemed clean and the bed was comfortable

I came here for my daughter’s Cornell graduation. Staff was friendly and helpful and I like that I could park in the back closer to my room as opposed to walking through the hotel every time I wanted to go in and out. Breakfast was good. Walking distance (4 min) to a shopping area which ended up being convenient after realizing a left a few important items at home.

The rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The pools and hot tubs were nonfunctional which was disappointing. You can tell that this was once a very nice hotel and could use a bit of an update. Overall decent stay.

It was minutes away from our graduation we traveled 5 hours to get to. Welcoming food display at check in , easy free parking, room on first floor. Refrigerator in room along with microwave and a safe if needed. All the comforts of home. A diamond in the rough. Could use renovations to update but than it would probably be booked full all the time. Two pools one outside one inside . The outside pool not ready while we were there and we only stayed one night and didn't use indoor one but peeked. We chose for location and we were very satisfied with our stay. Free breakfast and we were on our way to see Itaca Falls few minutes away. Location, location, location!!

Great location with easy access to shopping areas. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was run down and looked like the door which connected to the adjacent room had been kicked in at one point. You could tell they had a security issue with all of the cameras around the hotel. The outdoor pool looked run down and the indoor pool was poorly maintained.
