This property was actually closed. When I got there, I was rerouted to another property across the street, a Ramada. The Ramada was really bad. Very dirty. Very few people there. No breakfast no coffee.

No one told us the Quality inn was under renovation even though we had called to confirm our reservation, so we had to stay at the Ramada Inn across the street. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the the previous tenants stains on both the sheets and pillows. The floors were dirty, the trash bins in the hallway were overflowing. We found a pair of dirty socks in the shower. No breakfast or pool. Only 2 pillow cases for the 6 pillows. Was told they didnt have any more. The response from management was sorry? Recommend not staying here!

No staff when we arrived, waited for 20 mins to finally somebody shows up to help us check in. The staff don’t know much about computer reservation and ask us to pay for another card when I already showed him it’s all paid, with my receipt confirmation .When we got to the room it’s smelly and it doesn’t feel safe. It’s a terrible service !

The staff is the bright spot at this hotel. They are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean overall, but the bathroom so small you can barely turn around; and the floor was sticky from cleaning product residue. Floors need to be rinsed. Regretfully, the bed has the feel of a hammock, by far our biggest issue. The blackout curtains barely cover the window, and no breakfast is being served these days. With the extra $15 spent on breakfast, we could have stayed in a nicer hotel.
