This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home.

The front desk staff are always friendly and I love the speedy check in and check outs at the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend a room by the elevator on the first floor to much traffic and you can hear everything

The fact that only half the hotel is allowed the breakfast and it is not communicated. The 20 dollar credit card requirement was not stated also caused an issue. There was very poor amentities for the price of the room. We wont be going back

I was disappointed in the price and the breakfast. Although I paid 300/night breakfast was not included and the selections once I did pay extra was limited. Plastic cutlery and paper plates are wasteful and did not match the price point.
