Lot of students and young people partying late. Definitely a student hostel environment, even though the accomodations are separate apartments.

The property was about 6 to 8min walk from the subway station and about 15min walk to dotonbori. It was slightly hard to find at first in the dark as the main entrance is slightly off of the main alley, however, it was most likely user error due to travel exhaustion. The address was accurate to google maps. The unit was clean, a wee bit tighter in space if you needed all your luggage open. But it was still doable with 2 kids andn2 adults. Beds were spacious and comfortable. Theres a washing machine ensuite with drying rod. Really appreciated that. Suffiecient kitchen supplies, loved the water kettle and the fridge/freezer (we bought ice cream and kids had that every day as a treat). Really liked that they provided slippers and toothbrushes for us. The location is quiet and its not too far away from things. Lots of family marts and lawson nearby. Grocery store is a bit further away, 10min walk but worth going to!

The place was spacious and convenient. Has a small kitchen with all you need, good AC, near convenience stores. The building was under remodeling though.

O prédio do hotel está em reforma e causa muito transtorno e desconforto porque é uma desorganização e muita poeira. Não há recepção e a única comunicação é via e-mail ou chat. O quarto era pequeno, mas confortável o suficiente para poucos dias. Não há limpeza, troca de toalhas e nem manutenção no quarto, independente do tempo da hospedagem. A localização é boa e há utensílios de cozinha e lavadora, o que favorece a estadia. O que atrapalha realmente é a desorganização do lugar, que eu imagino que seja temporária, mas não nos foi informado. Chegamos e estava lá a surpresa. Nem parecia um lugar de hospedagem.
