We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me.

The place needs update as soon as possible. Need more kitchen utensils like glasses. The bed hard and old almost breaks down. Not enough towels. Location 8 min walk from closest station and 14 min walk to Namba station. Well I will locate my family next time close to Namba or umeda station. Better and clean and updated place.

Very clean with washing machine and a bathroom that has a drying room function. Noise from the street outside especially on Friday night. Beds hard caused me backache and hip pain.

This hotel was great. In a quieter neighborhood. Large enough for us 5. Amenities were great. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Location was good enough. Walking to Dotonbori was around 15-20 minutes. Would stay here again.

Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!).
