Rooms was clean when I came, location of the hotel excellent. Not too far from the subway station. Only issue I had was operating the air conditioner. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Hotel Trend NishiShinsaibashi was in the heart of Osaka, close to tourist areas like Dotonbori but also exists in its own space with a lot to offer. There are many good food spots seconds away, convenience stores, unique clothing stores and more. The room itself was simple and clean, with the necessary amenities and friendly staff. I enjoyed my time here and would stay again.

I checked in at midnight after 24 hours of travel to get there and the light by the door would not turn off. I called the front desk and was told they know about it but there is nothing that can be done and the hotel was fully booked so I could not change rooms. There was also a continuous intermittent machine-type noise every few minutes all night.

Nice staff. Safe, needed room key to use elevator. Walking distance to just about everything. Very close to Namba station and all other trains or subways. Rooms are small but good enough to for sleeping sbd clean.
