The room was large and clean. A perfect space for anyone that has a work-from-home job and that loves to travel. The cafe area had plenty of space and the food offered was good. (I especially loved the mini donut holder. Very unique.) Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this property. We stayed here from a Sunday-Friday. The hotel seems very new or at least recently redone. I would say it is what I consider a "boutique" hotel in size and ammenities. Everything is immaculate and the house keeping is top notch. Even if you opt to not have them make up the room they will leave you a little tote with fresh towels, toiletries,trash bags, and complementary waters outside your door. The front staff were all lovely and thoughtful. It is in an excellent location right next to the Osakako rail station and is easy to access. This is the line that goes directly to the Expo. Osakako station and the hotel are a very easy walk to the Osaka aquarium and the ferris wheel as well as a shopping mall that includes a lego discovery center. So perfect if you have a rainy day. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet has a vibrant assortment of dining options to choose from as well as a grocery store. The complimentary breakfast was great and the evening access to beverages (wine card for a fee). The room was very spacious and comfortable and functional. We would absolutely stay here again. Very quitet hotel as well. We never heard other guests in their rooms nor did we hear any street noise.

This is a small hotel and run well. The room was very spacious (queen bed for one person); and the best part is the large desk with a Herman Miller chair. Since it was a business trip for me, and I was doing work on the computer for many hours, the desk really made a positive difference. The subway stop was just steps away from the front door of the hotel. A very convenient location. Staff were really wonderful.

The service was exceptional. The breakfast/snack/drink bar were also amazing. My friends and I were easily able to walk to restaraunts/izakayas and the Osaka Aquarium. Highly highly recommend.

Hotel Sails Experience was Awesome

Osaka was gorgeous and this hotel didn't hold out in terms of luxurious feels. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had cute pasteries and a coffee machine.
