Very close to Namba, staff were very nice and helpful. We had a late flight and they were able to let us leave our luggage while we did some last minute shopping before our flight. They did daily cleaning. Train station is nearby, if I come back to Osaka I would definitely book this hotel again.

A great location! The staff were super nice and they provided a lot of free toiletries at the front. Provided free soft drinks and bread in the mornings. Only complaint would be how stiff the beds were but everything else was wonderful. Would stay again

Although the room is a bit old and outdated, and the bathroom was quite small, everything was clean and well maintained. And it’s good that the toilet is separated from the shower. Location was excellent, with easy 15-18 mins walking access to Dotonbori and 7 mins to nearest train stations. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bread, ice cream, and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning to this hotel on a future visit to Osaka.

Overall, staying at this place is the best option for those who want to be close to everything. You can walk into everything you need, and the amenities and services are top-notch. They also have a free happy hour, unlimited soda and ice cream, and even provide bread early in the morning. All of this is free! My room was very decent and clean, and the staff was amazing. I love this building and will definitely recommend it to anyone.
