One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan. Rooms are karge and well appointed. Location is close to the Trade Center and convention site. Also to Expo 2025. Easliy accessible by 200m walk from Nakafuto station. Breakfast buffet was good, although there can be a wait to get in at busy times. Our room included access to the Club Lounge, which was very pleasant, with a good selection of drinks and snacks.

Our suite room doesn’t have sea view as the picture shows. We stayed for 3 nights so very disappointed. Make sure you request to have high floor and sea view. Breakfast is good but not to a 5 star level. Staffs are very friendly though.

We were there for the day to visit the Expo. Unfortunately, the shuttle service to the Expo had very limited hours, so we had to take a taxi. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle to the subway, but it didn’t start running until 11:00 am. Since our flight was also at 11, we again had to rely on a taxi. Overall, we were disappointed, and the customer service was not helpful in addressing our concerns.

Beautiful view of Osaka Bay. The ATC area is a nice place to walk in the morning. Property is near the Chuo line with shuttle bus to Cosmosquare if you don’t feel like taking the tram there. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food satisfies Japanese, Chinese, and western tastes.

This is a three star hotel at best. Not recommended for non Japanese speaking guests. Bedroom walls dirty, bed made with stains, restaurants not open late, area is not geared for American tourists. Most guests were Japanese with young children. We stayed for the proximity to the Osaka Expo.

It’s nearly perfect. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to watch streaming services like Netflix on TV. Otherwise this hotel is great!

It was very grand. Very well maintained throughout. Excellent customer service. Morning buffet was fulfilling with a variety of foods to choose from. Beautiful city view from our room. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities one needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff named Rose made our stay extra special. All the concierge staff was very welcoming. Rooms are fabulous and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay. Shuttle to Osaka station made it even more convenient.
