宿泊中、スタッフの対応があまり親切ではないと感じました。子供用のスチームローブをお願いしたにもかかわらず、大人用の中サイズのローブしか提供されず、子供への配慮が欠けていました。また、道順を尋ねた際、紙を渡されるだけで、きちんとした説明がなく、自分で読むように求められました。このような対応の欠如にはがっかりしました。

The room isn't big enough for 4 adults. There were only 2 tiny single beds with 2 small futon size mattresses that we pulled from inside a storage space. There was hardly any room for luggages or to move around. We booked for 4 people, but the room was only big enough for 2!!! Hardly any communication from staff. Our check in and out was done via kyosk. Not recommended at all.

Very nice rooms, spacious, clean and quiet. Full bath tub! Couldn’t use the spa because of tattoos. Seems like an old custom that needs to change. Helpful to be able to leave baggage because strict check in times. Walkable to train station and Family Mart and shopping. Loved it.

Clean and Wonderful Hot Spring: The hotel's hot spring was a highlight of our stay! The facilities were immaculately clean, and the warm waters were the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. 3. Great Service: The staff at Dormy Inn Osaka were friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. 4. Nice Conveniences: We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as free fermented milk drinks and popsicles to enjoy after our hot spring soak. Room for Improvement: One area for improvement is the foreign exchange rate offered through the vending machine. The rates were significantly lower than those found outside the hotel, with a staggering difference of up to 14 yen per dollar. We recommend using this service only in case of an emergency and exploring other exchange options instead. Verdict: Despite this one drawback, Dormy Inn Osaka is a 5-star gem that shines brightly in Osaka! With its great location, clean hot spring, excellent service, and thoughtful conveniences, it's an outstanding choice for any traveler. Rating: 5/5 stars Will we return? Absolutely!

This property is located in a perfect area for sightseeing and enjoying various dining experiences. We really loved this hotel and the public bath available at night. It was a great way to relax our bodies after a full day of walking.
