The air conditioning worked perfectly, everything was super clean, the breakfast was spectacular, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the baths were divine and the laundry room was super efficient and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very quiet and dark in our room.

All the staffs were helpful and courteous. We loved the hotel’s complementary amenities such as various espresso drinks, ice cream & popsicles to enjoy after fantastic natural hot spring and night time “Yonaki” ramen. Our room was very comfortable.

Room is clean, some of the bathroom shower areas were a little rougher on the edges, Room in general was clean, AC works amazing, onsen was lovely has everything you would need and expect. Post onsen popsicle and yakult is very nice. They include pajamas and slippers to wear to the onsen. Definitely one of my favorite places. Conveniently close to dotonbori but some road noise and train track noise could be heard; Easy to access train stations
