Everything felt new and slick. Staff at front desk was pleasant and nice. Room was ready early(before check-in time) and both check in and check out process were smooth and painless

Room was excellent for the price. Cleaning was excellent. Unfortunately the staff could not assist with a dinner reservation later in my trip. There are only two laundry machines so it is difficult to do laundry; I used a nearby coin laundry business instead. Would still happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Osaka. The location is very convenient and walkable to Dotonbori and both Nippombashi and Namba station. There are lots of dining options and convenience stores close by. The hotel is beautiful with lovely amenities and very clean. The staff is also very nice and accommodating; great for international travelers. They helped me arrange luggage forwarding to my next hotel in Tokyo and it was waiting for me upon arrival. Highly recommended place to stay.

While the property is situated on the main road and extremely convenient from the point of proximity to dining/shopping/commute/tourist attractions the room was noisy and disturbing in the nights. There were not many options inside the hotel for dining and entertainment. But for the price , it was a great experience staying at Hyatt, Namba. Staff were friendly and understood English and helped us.
