check in is a mess. when we follow the instruction to check in center, 10 min walk away from the apartment, we were told that their contract was finished, they have no keys for us. luckily, the guy in the center helped us to contact the owner. finally we got hold of the owner 15 min later and was told that unit # was changed but with same building. There is the only way to take the offer under such circumstances. Besides, location is perfect, just 5-10 walk to the metro and shinsaibashi.
