We had the most amazing holiday. I have stayed within sunset lakes before but will definitely will be coming back to this villa. It has everything you need for your stay and the host is very friendly and helpful. The villa is close to Disney and other attractions but also nicely tucked away in a gated area with friendly neighbours. I would 100% recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!

A return visit having been in August 24. Villa was as good as we remember. Very spacious, well maintained and the pool the highlight for the children. Great location in a very private gated community with two lakes. (Saw a few gators too!) perfect for getting to all theme parks and a Walmart and Seven Eleven close by for shopping needs.

We loved the villa. There was great communications and I loved the instructions received prior to the trip. The house was as expected and having the pool was great. The only things we didn't like were just personal preferences like the beds were harder than we prefer, but that is more personal preference. Would totally go back if we ever go again to Florida.

The villa was in a fantastic location, spacious and had everything we needed. It was home from home and very much much enjoyed our stay.Audra was spot on with communications and questions were dealt with quickly, Andrew from the management company was great and nothing was too much trouble, such as extra pool towels and sorting an issue with the alarm (our doing). We have been coming to Florida for nearly 18 years and would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

A wonderful property for families to enjoy. Very welcoming and comfortable home located close to the parks and shopping, but far enough away from the noise and hustle to enjoy some quiet time and relax by the pool. The care and attention given to this property clearly shows and we highly recommend it! Thanks so much for sharing it with us.
